RECOVERY PROGRAM
Recovery comes first. We introduce our beauties to recovery programs for repairing wounds, building fortitude, and learning essential life skills necessary for healthy living
JOB PLACEMENT
We work hand-in-hand with salons and other beauty employers to
secure internships and job opportunities for our beauties.

ONGOING MENTORSHIP AND LIFE COACHING
We build relationships that last a lifetime. Our beauties become our family, and we continue supporting them as they move forward with their lives

OUTREACH PROGRAMS

We partner with local nonprofits, foster homes and police/fire departments to find our beauties until we develop our very own outreach programs and safe houses. And of course they at times find us!
SAFE HOUSES

RECOVERY PROGRAMS
Our beauties must have completed or currently be enrolled in a rehabilitation, recovery or healing program of their choosing to be eligible for scholarships.
LIFE SKILLS AND WELLNESS
If she has completed a recovery program, we help transition and prepare her for her new life by informing, educating, funding and guiding her towards taking the right next steps.
GED TESTING AND PREPARATION
We ensure our beauties have received a GED or diploma in preparation for their next steps. If necessary, we provide our beauties with educational guidance to obtain their GED.

Our organization secures and extends scholarships to our beauties so they can receive their cosmetology degree.

While interning, our beauties go on to receive continual training specific to their chosen field, and get certifications in specialties like special effects makeup, eyelash extensions and laser hair removal.

After learning the tricks of the trade, our beauties receive offers at local salons and spas, building not only their clientele but their personal brand.

ongoing mentorship and life coaching
While enrolled in vocational training, we offer ongoing workshops lead by industry professionals such resume building, networking or sharing tips and tricks.
